Extension to Gymnasium and Leisure Facility, Naas, Co. Kildare

 

Extension to K-Leisure Fitness Facility

Extension to existing facility to include additional area for Free Weights, Large Aerobics Studio as well as a new staff training room and office administration area.

New Building being constructed with blockwork walls, some concrete frame elements with structural steel framed roof structure with Standing Seam metal deck roof.

Alterations to existing gym area to accomodate the link up to the new extension. 

New Mechanical and Electrical Installation throughout the new extension all tied into the existing systems.

New high quality aluminium windows and doors.

Complete new internal fit out to include doors, stud partitions and floor coverings incl suspended high impact rubber floor structure in free weights area and sprung maple flooring in aerobics area.

All external foul and surface water drainage works as well as all perimeter footpaths.

The new extension will allow the owners to increase the capacity of this very popular facility and will allow them to offer specialist classes to their membership. 

This project is due for completion by October 2016
